内容記述 | Astronauts and Cosmonauts in a vehicle at Low Earth Orbit and on Lunar Surface are irradiated space radiation including heavy ions in galactic cosmic-rays which cause serious damage to human body. In order to confirm radiation dose, we have developed portable radiation dosimeters. Recently, a new spectrometer A-DREAMS-1 was developed in National Institute of Radiological Sciences, Japan. It has a silicon detector and can recorded deposit energy distribution of space radiation in the silicon. The dosimeter has a rechargeable battery and flash memory and can be communicated with a personal computer though USB connection. The personal computer can control and take data from the dosimeter. The dosimeter was irradiated particle beams and calibrated in a cyclotron facility in NIRS. We introduce the capability of the dosimeter and some results of the calibration and show our future plan of development of other dosimeters. | |||||
