In order to confirm radiation dose, we have developed portable radiation dosimeters. Recently, a new spectrometer A-DREAMS-1 was developed in National Institute of Radiological Sciences, Japan. It has a silicon detector and can recorded deposit energy distribution of space radiation in the silicon. The dosimeter has a rechargeable battery and flash memory and can be communicated with a personal computer though USB connection. The personal computer can control and take data from the dosimeter. The dosimeter was irradiated particle beams and calibrated in a cyclotron facility in NIRS. We introduce the capability of the dosimeter and some results of the calibration and show our future plan of development of other dosimeters., 10th Annual Meeting on Asia Oceania Geosciences Society(AOGS 2013)}, title = {Development of portable radiation dosimeters for radiation protection at Low Earth Orbit and on Lunar Surface}, year = {2013} }
