| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to analyze the corelation between gastrointestinal (GI) toxicities and dose-volume factors of carbon ion radiotherapy with concurrent gemcitabine (GEM) in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Seventy patients received carbon ion radiotherapy with a total dose of 43.2-55.2GyE in 12 fractions and concurrent GEM with a dose of 400-1000mg/m2 once a week. The correlation betweeen GI ulcer and dose-volume histogram(DVH) parameters in stomach and duodenum was analyzed. ln patients with Gl ulcer,the total dose irradiated in stomach and duodenum had tendency to increase. There was significant correlation between Gl ulcer and DVH. |
