Seventy patients received carbon ion radiotherapy with a total dose of 43.2-55.2GyE in 12 fractions and concurrent GEM with a dose of 400-1000mg/m2 once a week. The correlation betweeen GI ulcer and dose-volume histogram(DVH) parameters in stomach and duodenum was analyzed. ln patients with Gl ulcer,the total dose irradiated in stomach and duodenum had tendency to increase. There was significant correlation between Gl ulcer and DVH., 平成23年度HIMAC共同利用研究成果発表会}, title = {局所進行膵癌に対するゲムシタビン併用炭素イオン線治療における消化管有害反応のDVH解析}, year = {2012} }
