内容記述 | Introduction: Dopamine transporter (DAT) plays an important role in presynaptic dopaminergic functions. [11C]PE2I is a highly selective PET ligand for neuronal DAT, and excellent in vivo PET imaging was reported in monkey and human brain [1]. The aim of this study was to find suitable reference tissue model (RTM) for describing tracer kinetics. We analyzed the [11C]PE2I kinetics with metabolite-corrected arterial input function, then we attempted to estimate distribution volume ratio (DVR) with RTMs using cerebellum (CB) as the reference region. The results were compared and assessed the applicability of RTMs with the assistance of a simulation study. | |||||
