| 内容記述 | Radiation monitors for cosmonauts and astronauts on the International Space Station and other manned missions have been developed and operated by space radiation agents, institutes and universities in the world. Although these monitors have been calibrated by the institutions, comparisons of their measurements in the same condition in the space environment had disagreements. In order to understand these discrepancies and perform calibration in wide LET region, intercomparison program has been started on Jan., 2002. It is called the ICCHIBAN (InterComparison for Cosmic-rays with heavy Ion Beams At NIRS) project. Totally 22 institutions in 12 countries participated to the project and performed 10 experiment sets for 4 years. After analyzing of exposures to their dosimeters and radiation instruments, their results have been summarized by the ICCHIBAN Working Group. | |||||
