内容記述 | We demonstrate that the use of histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACi) could sensitize refractory tumor cells well for the heavy-ion therapy. B16F10 murine melanoma cells were treated with several HDACis and followed by irradiations. Thereafter, immunofluorescence microscopy ofγH2AX were carried out. Foci size of γH2AX in γ-ray irradiated cells became bigger by pretreatment with HDACis, although foci size of γH2AX in heavy-ion irradiated cells was almost unchanged by pretreatment with HDACis. | |||||
