| 内容記述 | A new version of hyper-sensitive detection system for somatic mutation by radiation is under construction. The system uses Hprt deficient mouse fibroblast cells which carrying a normal human X-chromosome. To prevent the spontaneous loss of whole human X-chromosome, a neo selection marker was transfected into the mouse-human X hybrid cells. The system must be useful to detect wide spectrum of Hprt-deficient mutation even if it affects on the important genes in nabor of Hprt. | |||||
