内容記述 | High-power operations of Japan ITER-gyrotron are underway in the QST. Two ITER-gyrotrons was manufactured and these short-pulse tests were completed. Similar beam profiles at the output window and MOU outlet were identified. The output power of 1 MW in 1 ms was achieved for both gyrotrons. Conditioning of one of the gyrotrons has being carried out and the operation of 1.0 MW-100 s was achieved. In addition, full-power modulation of 5 kHz for 10 s was demonstrated. | |||||
