| 内容記述 | Recent studies have revealed that cancers are genetic disorders and consist of abnormal and unique constructions of tissues. Tumors contain a sub-population of cells with self-renewality and tumorigenicity, ie cancer stem cells. The stromal micro-environment adjacent to epithelial carcinoma cells is fundamentally different from the stroma of normal adult tissues. Although these structures are not fully understood, investigations have begun to open avenues to cancer treatment. In this article, new possible targets of cancer therapy are discussed. | |||||
