In microarray analysis, the pairwise comparisons between pre-treatment sample and post- treatment\n sample at 6h, 1 day, and 3 day after irradiation in each tumor were made by Wilcoxon test.\n We detected several tens of genes, whose expressions were significantly changed after carbon-irradiation. These genes were ontologically categorized into cell-cycle and immune response.
