内容記述 | We introduce the Bragg coherent x-ray diffraction imaging (Bragg-CDI) and report its improvement to expand the applicable particle size. Bragg-CDI is a powerful tool for non-destructive visualizing the strain distribution and outer shape in a fine crystalline particle. We report that successful image reconstruction for a 40-nm-sized Pd crystalline image. | |||||
