内容記述 | For the remote elemental analysis in harsh radiation environment, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) system has been developed, where micro-chip laser (MCL) using a Nd:YAG/Cr:YAG composite ceramics, with advantages such as scalability and high dope concentration, was utilized . Radiation effects to the laser properties of the system were also measured, and effects such as laser pulse energy reduction were observed, which lead to the considerable LIBS signal reduction . In this study, for the development of the remote LIBS system in radiation environment, radiation effects to laser properties for ceramics and single crystal (SC) Nd:YAG were compared. |
