内容記述 In this study, a simple and rapid method was developed to analyze Pu in steel and concrete samples. HCl−HNO3−NH4HF2 digestion system was used for the total digestion of steel and concrete samples, CaF2/LaF3 co-precipitation was used to remove matrix, and a single anion-exchange (AG MP-1M) chromatography was used for chemical separation of Pu isotopes. Finally, the Pu was analyzed by SF-ICP-MS using an APEX-Q/ACM sample introduction system. The whole analytical process can be completed within 1 day, and the results show that the most of matrix elements were removed, which have a tiny influence on the separation efficiency of Pu in the resin column with the Pu recovery of 84 ± 6% and 71 ± 4% in the steel sample and steel + concrete samples, respectively. In addition, the main interfering element U was almost completely removed with high decontamination factors of 1.1  106. The LODs of 239Pu and 240Pu were 0.22fg g-1 and 0.25fg g-1, respectively, allowing us to effectively detect low level Pu contamination in steel and concrete samples.
