内容記述 | We report the Mössbauer spectra using circularly-polarized synchrotron-radiation beams for the Fe/Au interface. For the interfacial studies in Multilayers, the doping of 57 Fe into the thin Fe layer enables to probe of the interfacial electronic and magnetic structures. Here, the Mössbauer spectroscopy using linearly or circularly polarized synchrotron-radiation beam for Fe/Au interface clarifies the local environments around the Fe atoms, which is compared with the case of perpendicularly magnetic anisotropy (PMA) presented by the previous report [J. Okabayashi et al., Phys. Rev. B 103, 104435 (2021)]. Contrary to the PMA case, the hyperfine fields are consistent with a model that defines the diffusive bulk-like Fe atoms without the interfacial components. | |||||
