| 内容記述 | From the long-term epidemiological study among Nordic twins, process of the carcinogenesis seems to be a random mutational process except for the specific familial types of cancer. Moreover, data of the mutation spectrum in hospital patients of colorectal cancer suggests that multiple alternate genetic pathway of carcinogenesis, the carcinogenesis process is like a Chinese old game Lucky hit, it is a simple vertical board game lined with many pins where player drops a ball from top. If we classify each mutation accumulation event into two types, e.g. malignant or benign, it is like a kind of recurring bifurcation process of the mutation.Here, the mathematical model of many cells with random mutation is introduced to study such a bifurcation process in the carcinogenesis.In the model, a specific mutation changes a physical property of cell (phenotype), therefore, the pathway of carcinogenesis may change depending on the direction of bifurcation on the mutation. |
