内容記述 | The paper describes the features of operation and testing of Russian dosimeters made on the basis of PIPS detectors for assessing radiation environment in space flights and for mixed radiation fields. Preliminary results of testing with high-energy protons and heavy ions are considered. Experimental results were verified by German M-42 silicone dosimeter. M-42 dosimeter model has been already proven credible for aviation and space flight dosimetry. | |||||
