| 内容記述 | EuPtSi crystalizes in a cubic structure without inversion symmetry belonging to the space group P213 , and orders antiferromagnetically with divalent Eu ions at TN ~ 4.1 K. Recent intensive studies on single crystalline EuPtSi revealed a characteristic magnetic phase which is stabilized by moderate magnetic fields and temperature. This so-called "A-phase" is of current interest from the viewpoint of similarities with a magnetic skyrmion lattice (SkL) phase observed in several chiral magnets. In order to obtain a microscopic insight into the magnetic order in the A-phase of EuPtSi, we have performed the resonant X-ray scattering (RXS) experiments. We succeeded in observing intensive RXS signals originating from the magnetic order of EuPtSi. From the temperature and magnetic-field dependences of the magnetic reflections and the presence or absence of higher-order satellite reflections, it was revealed that the zero-field ground state is a multi-domain state of single-q helical order and the A-phase is a triple-q state. | |||||
