内容記述 Factory acceptance tests (FAT) for two ITER gyrotrons were completed, and 3rd and 4th gyrotrons were also fabricated and delivered to QST. The functional performance of 1st and 2nd ITER gyrotrons was satisfied the criteria such a s 1 MW /50 % /300 s, 1 kHz ~ 5 kHz full‐power modulation of > 0.8 MW / 60s and operation reliability of > 90 %. Design optimization for dual‐frequency (104 GHz and 170 GHz) gyrotron was performed to apply for 1.8 T, 2.65 T and 5.3 T operations. It was obtained that transmission efficiency of RF beam in the gyrotron at 104 GHz (98.8 %) and 170 GHz (98.9 %) were almost equivalent to the design value of the current ITER gyrotron (98.8 %) .
