内容記述 | We investigated optical properties, luminescence intensity and optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) signal, of three dimensionally (3D) arrayed VSis upon simultaneous optically and electrically excitation. The results showed that transited conducting electrons disturb photoexcitation and ODMR by Pauli exclusion principle, which degrades optical properties of VSi under simultaneous excitation. | |||||
