内容記述 | Objective: [211At]MABG has been expected to be used in place of [131I]MIBG. When radioactivity of sample is low, such as in metabolite analysis, TLC is attractive. We searched for TLC procedure of [211At]MABG. Methods: [211At]MABG and [125I]MIBG were obtained according to our previous report and were analyzed on HPLC. [211At]MABG, [125I]MIBG, 211At and 125I were evaluated by silica gel TLC, RP-18 modified TLC (RP-TLC) or ITLC. Results: [211At]MABG and [125I]MIBG showed high radiochemical purity (RCP) on HPLC (>95%). In the case of [125I]MIBG, RCP by TLC and HPLC were similar. However, RCP of [211At]MABG on TLC with EtOH:AcOH (95:5) was low (25%). RP-TLC with MeCN:H2O:TFA (40:60:0.1) or ITLC with 0.9% NaCl were comparable to HPLC, but 211At and [211At]MABG were overlapped. TLC using propanol:10% NH3(aq) (3:1) allowed separation of 211At and [211At]MABG, and was consistent with HPLC. |
