内容記述 | We examined the performance of the fiber-optic(FO)-LIBS technique using the ceramic micro-laser(ML), and compare the various properties with the conventional FO-LIBS. The laser power density for ML was 20 times larger than the conventional one. Also, the ML were well suited for laser ablation and excitation of the target and enhanced signals for LIBS can be obtained by applying multi-burst mode irradiation. Characterization of LIBS emission plasma in the vicinity of gamma-ray source is in progress. | |||||
