内容記述 | Atomic processes in plasmas are of the interest of magnetic and inertial fusion researches as well as industrial applications such as EUV sources for microlithography. However, to investigate the emission spectrum from the plasmas, we need to solve a collisional radiative model taking the set of rate equations with a large number of atomic levels. We present a new method of calculation, which applicable to tungsten ions in a high temperature fusion plasma, with ne = 1014 /cm3 and Te = 2 keV, based on the Markov chain Monte-Carlo (MCMC) method. It is shown that the calculated fractional ion abundance and the resulting mean charge of the plasma agree well with those calculated using the conventional method, and are obtained with much lower computational time. | |||||
