内容記述 | High-LET irradiation is now considered as an ideal method of radiotherapy, but the underlying molecular mechanisms and its ability to reduce cellular radioresistance remain unclear. Here, we established two radioresistant sublines from CNE1 and U87 cells toward -radiation, and investigated how these sub-cell lines would response to carbon ion radiation. Results showed that CNE1-R was still more radioresistant than CNE1, however, U87-R is more radiosensitive than its parental counterpart when exposed to carbon ion radiation. | |||||
