内容記述 | We are studying the surface modification under the condition of around the ablation threshold by using the laser plasma soft x-ray laser probe at the wavelength of 13.9 nm. In this study, we observed the transient thin film structures above the expanding surface in the several materials. It was smooth and dense within 1 ns after the laser irradiation, and it worked as the beam splitter for the soft x-ray. The spatial profile of the thin film depended on the local fluence of the femto-second laser, it implies that a possibility to precisely control of the laser ablation process. | |||||
