| 内容記述 | We talked about synthesis of radioactive bromine (Br-77) labeled RGD peptide via silicon-bromine exchange reaction for molecular imaging of cancer. We successfully synthesized the desired compound in an excellent labeling yield and revealed that the radiobrominated peptide had high stability in saline and serum. | |||||
