内容記述 | The Need for Cognition (NFC) has been described as the tendency to engage in and enjoy thinking or thoughtful activity, which is associated with deliberative cognitive process.Although there is abundant evidence showing that high-NFC individuals are more likely to engage in high-thought processes, it is not clear how NFC is related to brain mechanisms. The role of DA signaling in striatum has been highlighted as a key neurochemical mechanism underlying individual differences in effortful decision-making. | |||||
