内容記述 | Many target molecules for diagnosis and therapy of cancer have been identified from many basic and clinical studies. In vivo imaging of these molecules is a powerful tool for the detection, staging, selection of optimal therapies and monitoring response to therapy. Radiolabeled antibody against cell surface antigen of cancer is a useful tool for the noninvasive imaging of cancer patients as well as small animals. C-kit, a protooncogene, is a tyrosine kinase type receptor for the stem cell factor and highly expressed in several tumors including a small cell lung cancer (SCLC). We developed a new positron emission tomography (PET) imaging probe using the antibody against c-kit and clearly visualized a xenografted tumor in a SCLC mouse model. | |||||
