| 内容記述 | ABSTRACT SUMMARY The objective of this study was to design and prepare a hydrogel with the sensitivity to radiation. DNA hydrogel was prepared by the chemical crosslinking of DNA. It was observed that DNA hydrogel was degraded by an exposure of radiation. The degradation extent depended on the hydrogel stiffness, dose and quality of radiation, and solution content. We also incorporated a contrast agent into the DNA hydrogel and investigated the degradation behavior. |
