| 内容記述 | Spatiotemporal variations in the flow of fluorescently labeled plasma and red blood cells (RBC) were characterized by calculating the locally-controlled arterio-venous transit times in the somatosensory cortex of rats from image acquired with confocal microscopy. The spatial variation of plasma and RBC flows were successfully measured in this study. The present method can be used for the study of CBF regulation under various physiological conditions and local activations. | |||||
