| 内容記述 | Artepillin C, a prenylated phenylpropanoid found specifically in Brazilian propolis, has recently been reported to show important biological activities, such as antitumor, apoptosis-inducing, immunomodulating, and antioxidative activities. Recently, we have reported the synthesis of naturally-oriented artepillin C derivatives and their enhanced scavenging activity toward active oxygen species (cumylperoxyl radical). In this study, we examined the structure-activity relationship in radical-scavenging reactions of artepillin C and its derivatives. | |||||
