内容記述 | Understanding of rhenium (Re) behavior in seawater gives an idea of the possible behavior of 99Tc, which is a long half-life isotope (2.11 x 105 y) and produced in high fission yield from 235U and 239Pu. However, low concentration of Re and the consequent analytical difficulties restricted the data derived from the environmental samples. Recently, the number of Re data from environmental samples has been notably increased due to further development of instruments such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometers (ICP-MS). In this study, we focused on Re determination in Mn nodules because of its high content of Mn: Tc and Re are Mn groups so that the nodule was thought to have ability to accumulate Tc and Re. | |||||
