| 内容記述 | In this paper, we would like to show an edge enhancement measurement of domain walls (or boundaries) in the tetragonal phase of 70%Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-30%PbTiO3 (PMN-30%PT). We have successfully observed temperature evolution of the domain walls across the first-order paraelectric-to-ferroelectric phase transition on both cooling and heating process in detail. | |||||
