内容記述 | The JT-60 Super Advanced (JT-60SA) projection has been being implemented under the frameworks of the Satellite Tokamak Programme of the Broader Approach Agreement between EU and Japan, and of the Japanese national programme in order to contribute directly to the ITER project and to DEMO by addressing key engineering and physics issues for plasma operation. JT-60SA has been designed to be operated in break-even equivalent conditions for a long pulse duration of 100 sec with a maximum plasma current of 5.5 MA. The feature of the JT-60SA is the world-largest tokamak device with superconducting magnets before International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER), namely, the size of JT-60 SA is typically 〜10 m and is a half of the ITER. The most difficulty of the realization of the JT-60SA is that the dimension tolerances of the assembly/manufacturing of vacuum vessel and superconducting magnets are required to be extremely as small as < 10 mm. In order to fulfill the requirement, methodology for the assembly/installation has been newly developed in addition to the manufacturing technologies of each of components. The metrology with laser tracker and a careful pre-assessment in three dimensional CAD has been applied to realize high-accuracy installation. This paper reports the progress of the JT-60 SA construction and technologies developed through the JT-60 SA project. |
