| 内容記述 | In order to get some insight into the symmetry of the superconducting order parameter in iron-based superconductors (IBSs)，the effect of 3 MeV H+ -irradiation on the superconducting transition temperature，Tc， and resistivity， p， are studied in Ba(Fe1-xRux)2As2 single crystals with various doping levels.Obtained results are compared with the previous results on Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2 and (Ba1-x Kx)Fe2As2. We also studied the combined effect of 3 MeV H+ -irradiation and heavy-ion irradiation on the critical current density,Jc,in Ba0.6K0.4Fe2As2 single crystals. |
