| 内容記述 | Ferritin is a major iron storage protein. In the field of molecular imaging, the ferritin gene has been used as a reporter gene to visualize gene expression in vivo by MR imaging. This technique has been applied successfully to animal models of cancer for the study of gene therapy and drug development. Here I present a brief overview of in vivo MR imaging using ferritin transgene reporter in cancer medicine. | |||||
