内容記述 | In nature, mushrooms tend to accumulate cesium, including radiocesium . After the accident of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, radiocesium accumulation in mushrooms from contaminated forests in Japan has been also reported. The 137Cs accumulation of Hebeloma vinosophyllum hyphae was affected by NH4+ and K+ (Ban-nai et al. 2005). Effects of coexisting elements, however, on the uptake of Cs into mushrooms are not well explained quantitatively. Considering easily fruiting ability, H. vinosophyllum and Coprinopsis phlyctidospora were selected as model organisms for the uptake of Cs in ectomycorrhizal fungi and saprobic fungi. Both fungi were cultivated in Ohta’s liquid medium (1990) with Cs and different concentrations of NH4+. Results showed that they highly absorbed Cs and coexisting elements (K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe and P) from the medium to mycelium. In H. vinosophyllum, the highest translocation from mycelium to fruit body was observed in Cs followed by K and P. The high concentration of NH4+ affected as a competitor to the uptake of both Cs and K. On the other hand, in C. phlyctidospora, the highest translocation from mycelium to fruit body was found in Zn. Cs translocation was not obvious although K and P were translocated. The high concentration of NH4+ affected weakly to the uptake of both Cs and K. The further research is required to understand the molecular mechanism of Cs uptake in mushroom. | |||||
