| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify how the combination of temozolomide (temodar) and carbon particle therapy suppress tumor growth for glioblastomas. We used human glioblastoma cells and BALS/c-mu/nu mice for in vivo experiment. Grouwth suppression was significantly potentiated by combined treatment with carbon particle and temozolomide as compared to that treated with either of them alone. | |||||
