内容記述 | Introduction: Norepinephrine transporters are of interest in pathophysiology of several psychiatric disorders, and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors are used for the treatment of depression and attention deficit hyperactive disorder. (S,S)-[18F]FMeNER-D2 was recently developed as a radioligand for the measurement of norepinephrine transporter imaging with positron emission tomography (PET) [1]. In this study, norepinephrine transporter was visualized in human brain using this radioligand with PET and quantified by several quantification methods. | |||||
