| 内容記述 | Using a monochrome X-ray CT, the reconstructed image is the distribution of linear attenuation oefficient of an energy. Therefore the image can be used quantitatively. We calculated the distribution of electron density and effective atomic number, which are characteristics of materials, from each CT image of dual energy. Particularly, the distribution of electron density is important information for heavy ion radiotherapy of cancer. We have developed the dual energy X-ray CT system in KEK to put emphasis on getting the information easy and quickly. | |||||
