| 内容記述 | In this report we introduce our presentations of the outcomes of NEDO MicroDose-PJ at the two academic meetings-The 24th Annual meeting of the Japanese Society for the Study of Xenobiotics (November 2009); The 30th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutic (December 2009). The most notable outcomes of our project at this moment are as follows, as both of these study designs are first experienced in Japan: -14C-labeld compounds administration in microdose clinical studies using authorized drugs -"Cassette Dose" administration in microdose clinical studies using authorized drugs Many of other research results have been released in these academic meetings and these and future outcomes would be introduced our project's web-site (http://www.apdd-jp.org/nedo/). In this NEDO MicroDose-PJ, about 30 protocols of clinical researches are to be conducted in three years and 13 protocols have been in progress in this one year from the starting. In 2010, many of these outcomes would be released in international journals and academic meetings and contribute to innovation of drug development strategies in the world. |
