内容記述 | To clarify a role of bystander response to sustain the homeostasis of issue irradiated with high-LET heavy ions, a 3D cultured human epidermis were irradiated with heavy-ion microbeam. A histological structure and cell viability of irradiated 3D cultured epidermis were analyzed. Results suggest that the differentiative basal and spinous cells in the 3D cultured epidermis mainly respond to high-LET heavy ions and bystander signals. | |||||
