内容記述 | o examine single hit effect of heavy-ion, development of new cell preparation for heavy-ion microbeam irradiation, which enables long-term post incubation of irradiated cells, is necessary. Therefore, we examined a cell growth on polypropylene film based cell dish. Growth on polypropylene film dish became lower than that on commercial dishes, however, a treatment with vacuum plasma improved restricted growth in some extent. To utilize polypropylene film as a cell attachment surface for microbeam irradiation, improvement of hydrophilicity by vacuum plasma treatment will be necessary. | |||||
