内容記述 | To evaluate sensitizing effect of HDACis in combination with heavy-ion radiation, murine melanoma cells were treated with several HDACis, irradiated with carbon ion beam, and the phosphorylation of H2AX, a molecular marker for DNA double strand break, was measured by Western blotting. The result revealed that there were lower phosphorylation of H2AX in carbon ion irradiated cells than that of γ-ray irradiated, although the sensitization effect of clonogenic survival was higher in carbon ion irradiation. | |||||
