| 内容記述 | We conducted surveys of actual status of compensation for subjects who were harmed as a result of clinical research in Japan in 2014. According to these surveys, it was found that there were only a few compensation cases, and that deficiencies have been identified in system improvement of institutional compensation in clinical research. To solve these issues, we prepared a standard operating procedure for constructing an institutional compensation system and informed consent forms for subjects as examples. We expect that these documents will be utilized by many institutes for establishing an appropriate compensation system for subjects in clinical research. |
