| 内容記述 | Results of several R&D studies are summarized related to swift cluster ion beams produced at the tandem accelerator in TIARA. For the improvement of beam quality and advanced applications using the cluster beams, we performed following three studies; investigation of a transmission ratio of cluster ions through the tandem, study on the orientation-angle dependence on irradiation effects, and study on ion irradiation response of a radiochromic film. | |||||
