内容記述 | Effects of 3 MeV H+ irradiation on the superconducting transition temperature, Tc, critical current density, Jc, and resistivity, , are studied in (Ba1-xKx)Fe2As2 single crystals with various doping levels. Obtained results are compared with the previous study on Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2 single crystals. | |||||
