内容記述 A portable and robust instrument has been development for the routine assessment of patient exposure to ionizing radiation during radiotherapy treatments. The design principles of haedware and software ware described, along with measurements that illustrate the operation of the system and its capabilities, and presented during the 17th Solid State Dosimetry in 2013 (proceedings will follow) [1]. This prototype uses radioluminescence (RL) and Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) from Al2O3:C detectors coupled to a PMMA optical fiber to acquire dose in medical dosimetry. In principle, the RL/OSL prototype can provide two independent dose estimates from the same in vivo treatment: one integrated dose estimate (OSL) and one real-time dose estimate(RL), which can be compared to one another, During the measurement campaign in HIMAC, held in November-2013, fibers coupled with Al2O3:C and Al2O3:C alone (named "droplets"[2,3], that has the potential to be used as basis for 2D matrix) were irradiated with He 150MeV mono, He 150MeV SOBP and H 230MeV mono, with different dose rates. This report presents the preliminary results and future work.
