| 内容記述 | The aim of this study was to compare the biological effects of two invasive human pancreatic cancer cell lines, MIAPaCa-2 and PANC-1 after the X-ray or Carbon-ion (C-ion) irradiation. We examined the migration, invasion, MMP expression and invasiveness in response to MMP inhibitors and/or ROCK inhibitors of irradiated cells. X-ray irradiation stimulated invasiveness of both MIAPaCa-2 and PANC-1 with induction of MMP-2. In contrast, C-ion irradiation suppressed MIAPaCa-2 invasiveness, whereas increased PANC-1 invasion. From the study of invasiveness with MMP inhibitors and/or ROCK inhibitors, we demonstrated that both MMP-2 and ROCK are significantly functioned in MIAPaCa-2 invasion, but these are not significant in the PANC-1 invasion. |
