| 内容記述 | We have carried out the experiment to study the alteration of global gene expression level after irradiation of cells with X-rays and several types of heavy ion beams at HIMAC. Another scheduled irradiation will be conducted in April at Brook Heaven National Lab AGS Facility. We aim to compare cell response to radiations from a variety of types of particles with different energy and LETs. The interim data show that there is a tremendous change of gene expression in response to radiation. | |||||
